What do our tours include?

At Vive Los Andes, we strive to offer you complete and memorable experiences. Here are some details what you can expect of our tours:
Transportation to and from your accommodation, as well as stops at the main points of interest on each tour.
On our wine tours, you will enjoy tastings and lunches that are clearly specified in the description of each tour.
All our excursions are guided in Spanish. If you need a bilingual guide, please request it in advance so we can coordinate it.
ImportantPlease note that the entrance fees to Parks or Natural Reserves are not included in the price of our activities. We recommend you to consult the detailed description of each tour to know all the details.

Are there any age or health restrictions for tours?

We want everyone to enjoy the magic of Mendoza with us. Most of our tours are designed for people of all ages and physical conditions.
However, there are some important exceptions:
Winery Tours: Some wineries have policies that do not allow children to enter their facilities for safety reasons or because of the type of experience they offer. If you are traveling with children, please check with us before booking a wine tour to confirm the options available.
Adventure Activities: Certain adventure excursions, due to their nature, are not suitable for small children or for people with health conditions that could be compromised.
High Mountain Excursions: For your safety, it is essential that you are in good health if you plan to hike in the high mountains, such as those between 3000 and 4000 meters of altitude. The variations in pressure and oxygen require optimal physical condition.

What happens if the weather is not favorable on the day of the tour?

If the weather does not allow the tour to be carried out safely, we will offer options such as reprogram the activity for another day or a full refund of the tour. We will keep you informed at all times.

What are the payment methods?

Published prices are cash on delivery. Please consult for payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfers or through digital platforms.

How to proceed for date changes or cancellations?

You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours in advance. free of charge. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the tour, charges will apply according to our cancellation policy. If the cancellation is within the 24 hours prior no refunds can be considered. Please contact us as soon as possible for changes or cancellations.

Is traveler's insurance required?

Our transports are legally authorized to circulate, therefore, they have the obligatory insurances. We also provide basic insurance for different activities. Likewise, it is advisable that each traveler has travel assistance contracted in advance.
