Discover Bodega Salentein: Architecture that Enamors and Wines of Height

We start with pure sophistication in Salentein Winerya place that is much more than a winery: it is a work of art in itself! Imagine this: breathtaking architecture, awarded worldwide, nestled in pristine landscapes at 1,200 meters above sea level.

Here you will see how cutting-edge technology and passion for wine merge, creating some of the best wines in the region. Plus, get ready for a surprise: Salentein has an exclusive warehouse with permanent and traveling art exhibits! It's the perfect combination of wine and art in Mendoza.

El Encanto de lo Artesanal: Picnic and Tradition in a Family Winery

After the grandeur of Salentein, we will go to a corner where tradition and warmth are the protagonists. We will visit a Mendoza boutique wineryA small, family-run winery, with years of winemaking history that can be felt in every corner.

Here the magic happens through the personalized attention and the warmth of its owners. You will feel at home, while you discover their artisanal processes and taste their wines with the soul. And the best thing? we finish with a regional picnic in Mendoza! Authentic flavors, incredible views and the best company for an experience that you will keep forever.

The Uco Valley is not close to Greater Mendoza, so we recommend that you keep in mind that the round trip can take at least an hour each way. The good news is that the scenery is spectacular, so the road is also part of the adventure!

This region is characterized by its imposing geography, with wineries that are true works of architectural art, many of them designed to blend harmoniously with the majesty of the Andes Mountains.

The Uco Valley is made up of three departments: Tupungato, Tunuyán and San Carlos, each with a large extension. This means that although the distances between vineyards can be considerable, the offer of wineries is enormous and very varied.

Tips for your wine tour:

Planning is key: Although you can improvise, we suggest you book your visits and tastings in advance, especially in high season. Many wineries have limited spaces and fill up quickly.

Hire a tour or driver: In order to enjoy the tasting without worries, the ideal is to hire a transportation service. There are many options: from group tours to private drivers to take you to the places of your choice.

Hydrate: Don't forget to drink water between tastings. The combination of alcohol and altitude can be a little stronger than usual.
