Valle de Uco bodegas degustaciónes y almuerzos.

Immerse yourself in the paradise of high altitude wines. We invite you to live a unique wine tourism experience in the Uco Valley, Mendoza's wine jewel. On this trip, breathtaking landscapes join the excellence of its wineries and the sophistication of its gastronomy.
An encounter with the purity and essence of the land: Our journey begins at Bodega Michelini I Mufatto, a family project that embodies in each bottle a philosophy of respect and precision. Its wines are a faithful reflection of the terroir, creating an authentic and sensory tasting experience, a journey to the essence of the land that will fascinate you.
Organic flavors that make you fall in love: The day culminates with a feast for the senses at Gaia, the restaurant of the Domaine Bousquet winery. Here, contemporary French cuisine merges with the spirit of the organic. Its step-by-step menus, with fresh ingredients from its garden, highlight flavors that pair perfectly with award-winning wines. It's the dining experience in Mendoza you've always dreamed of.

The Uco Valley is not close to Gran Mendoza, so we recommend taking into account that the round trip can take at least an hour each way. The good news is that the scenery is spectacular, so the journey itself is part of the adventure! This region is characterized by its imposing geography, with wineries that are true works of architectural art, many of them designed to blend harmoniously with the majesty of the Andes Mountains. The Uco Valley is made up of three departments: Tupungato, Tunuyán, and San Carlos, each with a large area. This means that while distances between vineyards can be considerable, the offering of wineries is enormous and very diverse. Tips for your wine tour: Planning is key: Although you can improvise, we suggest you book your visits and tastings in advance, especially in high season. Many wineries have limited spaces and fill up quickly. Hire a tour or driver: In order to enjoy the tasting without worries, the ideal is to hire a transportation service. There are many options: from group tours to private drivers to take you to the places of your choice. Hydrate: Don't forget to drink water between tastings. The combination of alcohol and altitude can be a little stronger than usual.
